SOUNDBATH w/Tay 지윤 (they/she) —
Wednesday May 15th 6:30pm ET, 3:30pm PT
$22, $33, $44 sliding scale

Sound and music are universal parts of the human experience, found in every culture across the world. We can use it to express our emotions and deepen our connections to ourselves, each other, and the unknown. It can be rare for us to take time to slow down, quiet our minds, and fully experience the energy of sound without other distractions.

Tay will use a variety of instruments including crystal and metal singing bowls, chimes, and tuning forks. There will be around 60 minutes of sound and some time for integration before and after. During this soundbath, you may feel a sense of relaxation, find yourself in a meditative state, or even fall asleep!

Wear comfortable clothes and bring water to hydrate after. If you are attending in-person, everything you need will be provided for you (mats to lie on, blankets, and eye covers). If you are joining us virtually, we recommend using headphones for the best experience.

Soundbaths are offered both in-person in Richmond VA and virtually on Zoom. We have space for a limited number of people in person and plenty of spots online!
